We are looking foward to our upcoming 59th season!

We will be open for Memorial Day, 2025. 

Availability for Memorial Day weekend and early June.

Availability for Laconia Motorcycle Week, FIRST weekend only, June 7 to 13.

Summer weekly rentals below:

June 28 to July 5, cottage #2, #6 and #10

August 2 to 9, cottage #2

August 16 to 23, cottage #6

August 23 to 29 (6 nights), cottage #2, #5, #6, #7, #10, #15

No availability for Labor Day weekend, 8/29 to 9/1.

Availability after Labor Day through Columbus Day, October 13th.

Daily and weekly rentals during spring and fall season.  May and June and September and October.

                                   Weekly rentals during July and August.  (Saturday to Saturday)
