Thank you for making Laconia Motorcycle Week such a memorable event. We are thrilled to announce that the 2025 Motorcycle Week will be held from June 13 to June 22, 2025, starting on Father's Day weekend. Join us for this iconic celebration of motorcycle culture on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee.

Prime Location for Bikers

Our cottages are ideally situated at the end of Lucerne Ave, a peaceful dead-end street less than a mile from Weirs Beach. Many of our guests choose to leave their bikes at the cottage and take a leisurely walk to the festivities at Weirs. Each cottage includes housekeeping services, with linens and towels provided for your convenience.

Additional Information

  • Each cottage can accommodate one additional biker for $92 per night, with a maximum of one additional biker per cottage.
  • Depending on availability, 9-day rentals may also be available.

Reservation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required at the time of reservation (in US dollars). Refunds are available if cancellations are made 90 days or more prior to the check-in date.
