Rent a Cottage for the Fall season on Lake Winnipesaukee

Imagine having your very own cottage for six weekends in the fall, starting the weekend after Labor Day. From Friday, September 5, to Monday, October 13, 2025, you can enjoy the comfort of your chosen cottage every weekend.

Here's How It Works:

Flexible Usage: Choose to use 5 weekends or up to 13 nights of your choice. Extra Days: Additional nights are available at just one-tenth of your rental cost. Home Away from Home: Leave your toothbrush on the sink, your pajamas on the bed, and your food in the fridge. You keep the key, creating a cozy second home for the season.

Responsibilities

While you enjoy the perks of your cottage, please note:
You will need to provide your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and paper goods.You'll be responsible for turning the heat and hot water on when you arrive and off when you leave. Trash must be placed in the dumpster upon departure.
In other words, no services are included.

Important Notes:
Rates do not include an 8.5% NH Rooms and Meals Tax. If you're ready to embrace a weekend escape every week, you only need a willingness to get away and an extra toothbrush. A deposit is required to secure your rental.
