Our Cottages: Your Ideal Getaway in Laconia, NH

Cottage Features

  • Living Spaces: Each cottage includes a cozy living area with a couch, dining area, kitchen, and cable TV. Wireless internet is also available for our guests.
  • Amenities: All cottages are heated and feature a bath with a shower, and they are fully equipped for housekeeping. Most cottages come with screened porches to enjoy the fresh air.
  • Sleeping Arrangements: Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Accommodations include:
  • Queen Bedroom: One queen bed.
  • Double Bedroom: One double bed.
  • Bunk Rooms: Double-decked single beds.

Booking Information

Weekly Rentals: Our cottages are available for weekly bookings during July and August. Check-in is at 2 P.M. on Saturdays, and check-out is at 10 A.M. Additional Guests: Cottages can accommodate a maximum of two additional guests for a weekly charge of $60 each or $30 per night for overnight stays. Boat Slips: Boat slips can be rented for $125 per week or $25 per day and must be reserved alongside your cottage rental. Deposits: A deposit of $700 is required for each week reserved, with a $800 deposit for three-bedroom cottages. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (M/C, Visa, Discover).

Seasonal and Policy Information

Open Season: Our cottages are open from mid-May to mid-October. Off-season benefits include reduced weekly and daily rates, flexible check-in and check-out times, and increased privacy. Pet Policy:  We strive to create a serene and peaceful environment for all our guests to enjoy. While we love pets, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for them elsewhere during your stay.
